Successfully developed an automated test system and framework using a combination of WinRunner and LoadRunner to monitor individual client/end user test environments for a major blue chip company within 3 months. This enabled the company to set-up a new revenue stream with the potential of £3+ million per year.

Developed an automated system/framework for a major mobile phone company using WinRunner to automate their client system within 1 month. This enabled the company to reduce its overheads by £250,000 per annum.

Co-wrote a WinRunner automated test framework for a major consultancy company enabling business users to create their own tests via excel spreadsheets without having knowledge of WinRunner. Which resulted in a new service being offered by the company. This enabled the company to become more competitive in the market place. And subsequently increased revenues

Promoted to Technical Officer in 1981 responsibilities included; supervision of other technical officers, technicians, project management of large teams of contractors. Ensuring all aspects of the telephone exchange installations and modifications are in accordance with BT standards, technical specifications and tested to a high standard.
